Shah has over 35 years of experience in different capacity ranging from Served as a member of Park and Recreation advisory board, Board of Director of North Bay YMCA, President of Ontario Association of Basketball Officials, coach and the player in the sports organizations such as Cricket, Hockey, basketball and Tennis with success at all levels for over 35 years in Ontario. He has formulating policies and operational infrastructure for the CCO to strengthening domestic cricket pathways and structures (from grass roots to national teams); developing new channels to deliver various programs; coordinating the contributions of diverse stakeholders; and defined the long term sustainable programs and activities for development of players, coaches, umpires and officials.
Shah was the Event Manager of Cricket Canada Tri-Series 2012, Tournament Manager, Niagara Cricket Festival, Niagara Falls and Tournament Manager, US Open Cricket Tournament, Florida.
Professionally, Shah is an IT Professional boasting a wealth of experience in planning & managing development, implementation and ongoing support through dynamic coordination and project management skills with the Ontario Public Service.
